Integrating Bitrix24 online chat in the custom mobile app. Though Bitrix24 offered open-line supports chat from websites via widgets, with our customization we have enabled customers to chat from their own mobile app by leveraging their mobile app identity. This way customers can reach us into Bitrix24 from their mobile app.

Bitrix24 offers integration with many third-party telephony services like Nextiva, RingCentral to their CRM modules. For one of our customers, we have integrated Google voice-to-text translation services that convert the conversations to text transcription and used GPT to convert the transcribed text as actionable tasks and added it into Project/Tasks module inside Bitrix24 using its REST API. This way our customers are enabled to automatically convert their phone conversations into trackable tasks via Bitrix24 streamlining the workflow.
